This policy describes cancellation and refund handling for self-serve subscriptions to the SourceTrust application at https://app.sourcetrust.dev. It does not replace our Terms of Service.
All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all SourceTrust transactions.

If this organization's first payment is for a monthly project plan, that payment is eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days. Yearly project plan payments, later monthly renewals, and add-ons are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method. To request a refund or raise a billing concern, email hello@sourcetrust.dev with your organization name and the billing email on the charge, or contact Paddle directly through their buyer support. Paddle processes all refund requests as Merchant of Record.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Projects that are already active keep their access through the end of the current period already paid. Activating additional projects is paused as soon as a cancellation is scheduled; resuming billing before the period ends lifts the pause.
Project plans purchase capacity for a number of active projects on one organization subscription. Monthly project plans renew each month; yearly project plans are charged upfront for the full year and renew annually.
Custom domains are billed per hostname on the organization's subscription at $49 per month or $499 per year. An organization may add up to 10 hostnames.
Paddle collects and remits applicable taxes as Merchant of Record. For questions about tax charges, contact Paddle directly through their buyer support.
